Feature Request

Add option to log_config.json to control the logs generated by rockdsb lib.
Currently neard only restricts the number of logfiles to 1.
To begin with we can just add support to set_max_log_file_size

Beneficiary

In the past node opearators repoted that this LOG file in data folder can grow unbounded. Values as high as 7 GB were reported.

Priority

Not breaking production. Nice to have.
