Comprehensive udaru example with lots of teams/users

We need a reasonably large udaru example that demonstrates:

• A large data set of users & teams
• Relatively simple set of static policies applied to these users and teams
• An example of dynamic policies
• A documentation template that suggests best practice for how to define authorization in any system
• A real world example of how to set up udaru from scratch with this data set
• A sample import script that will seed udaru from this data set

Additionally this example can be used as the show case example for the front end ui.

will start this today, first step is to analyse data and get the users imported... we can use the new metadata field for the players profile beyond the standard fields...

will need to discuss how we authorize access to changing these fields based on policy etc.
