Legend won't change in QGIS, if changed in management screen

@leendertvanwolfswinkel feel free to elaborate further wherever I've missed something.

When the QGIS plugin is used to load a WMS layer, the initial legend of the layer will be visible, even when this is adjusted in the management screen of Lizard and the layer is reloaded.

In QGIS the layer information seems to update, but the GetLegendGraphic is set, and does not change based on the GetCapabilities.
