[lizard-qgis-plugin] Change min / max for WMS using API #28

When users request a WMS of water depth via Lizard they get a predefined min and max / styling on the WMS layer.

They would like to be able to change the min and max of the styling of the layer.

Default I think is 0-2m.

A different approach would be to give more standard stylings available to the user. I'm not sure what is the most feasible solution from our side
