Older libloading versions such as 0.6.x used by neon-runtime have issues building for the wasm target (a project that uses neon for server-side node bindings might also frequently have wasm bindings for client-side/browser): nagisa/rust_libloading#91

Would be great to upgrade to libloading 0.7.2+
