2. Click on any link

Result:

You get a 404 response

Expected result:

The documentation page should link to the corrent address.

• https://net-ssh.github.com/sftp/v2/api/index.html should be https://net-ssh.github.io/sftp/v2/api/index.html
• etc ...

Just ran into the same issue, should be github.io instead of github.com
