Support using existing vlan

Vlan is layer 2 and very cheap and secure for kernel.

Tuntap and bridge are layer 3, its great for usecase but vlan is better and more secure.

Im trying to start fish/bash inside vlan10 with --noprofile mode but no internet functionality i can have.

I want further start my firefox browser inside vlan10 too
