This is a request to add "terraform import" support for "netscalersdx_snmp_manager" and "netscalersdx_snmp_trap" ressources.

The provider currently doesn’t support overwrite of existing snmp manager/trap destination values.
So, the only way is to remove existing values before using it in terraform.
