For this first release, I guess it would be enough to know which tests to keep and which tests to remove inside regress. And to make sure the tests to keep continue working.

Since we did not applied large chunks of changes since we forked from neubot/neubot, I guess we can postpone this task a little bit and start with blessing the first release.

So, we can deploy the release onto a specific mlab sliver and start throwing traffic at it to see whether it behaves. I will add the task of reintegrating tests to the next release, which maybe can even occur earlier than we scheduled, when we have some interesting stuff to push.
