No auto upload in airplane mode with Wi-Fi - since 3.31.0 RC2

Steps to reproduce

1. Update the app to version 3.31.0 RC2
2. Set the phone into airplane mode
3. Turn Wi-Fi on
4. Wait until an auto upload gets triggered

Expected behaviour

The files should be uploaded, because the Wi-Fi connection is available.

Actual behaviour

An error occur "Upload failed. No internet connection".
