A Cube 30 Touch transmission mode plugin

Hello all!

I write a small plugin to aid with parsing messages from Diesse Cube 30 Touch erythrocyte sedimentation rate analyzer. The idea/need arose when I (and some people in Slack, thank you!) couldn't understand the specification on how the checksum was calculated and then how to check it well within Mirth. So we came to a conclusion that a plugin might be the best idea.

So behold!

See repo page for more details but baseline is it takes an incoming binary message, does a bit of filtering and converting, and outputs pretty XML
