Starter instructions fail OOTB

Hi,

I've followed the Next.js instructions on https://nextui.org/docs/guide/getting-started and updated the _app.js and _document.js files. Running into issues immediately.

Node.js v18.16.0

package.json:

npm run dev produces this error when starting up and trying to compile
