Current behavior

Currently we are on UTC+0 timezone, however there's no indication for the user. Also, in NA another timezone would be better, for example.

Expected behavior

Indicate the timezone somewhere. In the longterm (maybe when accounts are supported) it would also make sense to have a setting for the desired timezone.

Current solution is displaying it in the tooltip (check the wow-classic-graph-overhaul branch) until we have user settings for it. Maybe it makes sense to put in into another timezone for US realms.
