Archive voc4cat-playground

This repository is not very useful anymore but nevertheless requires continuous maintenance (update of tools, actions & sync with template). We therefore plan to archive it.

Better alternatives:

• To try out the voc4cat-template in detail, create a vocabulary under your own user account following the instructions in the README. You may also find the conversation in Evaluation of voc4cat-tool for management of vocabularies voc4cat-tool#235 interesting, which is exactly on this approach.
• To see and understand how the contribution workflow works in practice, take a look at past PRs in voc4cat. They provide many examples. You might even try contributing directly there to get some hands-on experience. 😉
