Suggestions from workshop

add colours to the main structures to distinguish the different levels better (i.e. make assay in red, make studies in green etc., all that is added automatically distingishable from self added parts)

In file tree

difference at the top bar instead of smooth transition to make it better distingushable

Not sure if this was meant for the different panels (sidebar, file tree, etc.) or for within Swate
