NeonDESKTOP uninstall doesn't remove desktop cluster when not current #1910

It looks like the NeonDESKTOP cluster isn't being removed when another cluster is set as the current cluster.

FIXED: Uninstall was removing the current cluster instead of the desktop cluster, when present.
