Error Description

I’ve been randomly getting this error for around a year now. I had no issues until around a year ago, when I was unable to connect to Nintend Network anymore. All of my users gave back Error 102-2160, with some being unable to be logged into profile-wise. It does this whenevet I have to login to Nintendo Network for Online Functionalities, so I’ve been unable to play Online, access the eShop, update data or my console, deleting users and deleting console data, I haven’t been able to do anything like that. Kurisu says it’s an act (accounts) issue and that’s all I can figure out. I’ve tried everything from changing networks, DNS and IP addresses, proxy values, nothing worked. There has to be a solution out there, right?
