Generic openid connect configuration

Hi all,

I use selfhosted Authentik (https://auth.domain.tld) as my IDP and have it working with wordpress, gitea and portainer.

I would like to see if hasura-auth is able to use a custom domain OpenID Identity Provider to register and authorise users.

I'm happy to attempt a PR if I can get some direction.

Apologies this one fell through the cracks. This particular feature is in our roadmap but we don't have an ETA yet. Unfortunately we don't want to implement this in node (we are half way migrating everything to golang) so the grant PR isn't relevant. In any case, that shouldn't be a problem as there is support for this in golang already.
