User story

go to /tools page
configure stream anouncement times
ics file (and the non apple equivalent version separately) should be created
a button to download the invitation files
streamer sends invitation files attached to the message on twitch

Problem / Motivation

Would be nice to create files so user could download and add events to calendars

Proposal

Add a button to download ics and equivalent files

Technical proposal

When pressed generate files then initiate download (opening in new tab is ok too)
