model and document is null on revision record

The versions I'm using:

    "sequelize": "^5.18.4",
    "sequelize-cli": "^5.5.1",
    "sequelize-paper-trail": "^3.0.1",

For some reason, when a new Revision record is created, it is missing these columns:

I had to manually create the revision tables via a migration because the module was not creating it. I don't see why the document, model and operation values are not being attached, since the revisions association seem to be working (the debug logs the before and after hooks)
