Terminal toggle hotkey with Raycast

I'm using Wezterm as a terminal and have set up a hotkey (⌘ .) in Raycast for Wezterm. That allows me to toggle Wezterm window in a Guake-like way. When I installed and configured AeroSpace, I noticed that automatically-unhide-macos-hidden-apps feature breaks that flow. I guess it is because Raycast's app hotkeys work by showing/hiding windows. I generally would like to disable MacOS window hiding, but would like to make exceptions on the app to app basis.

I wonder what others are doing in that case.

I guess it is because Raycast's app hotkeys work by showing/hiding windows

But it'd be good to verify it. By you doing some experiments, or if more users can confirm this

Well, Raycast isn't OSS. I didn't find anything relevant in the manual. However, I tried Raycast hotkey with another app and could verify that it toggles Apple's Mail.app the same way.

Another data point is that when the app is hidden by Raycast's hotkey toggle, it has "Show" option in the Dock. I guess it suggests that it was hidden by standard MacOS hide window means.
