Flexible accordion padding

Right now I can configure accordion padding only as number but for gaps I can specify different values for different monitors.
I think it would be nice to have the same functionality for accordion padding as well.
For example on the small one I want to configure 50 but for my 34" monitor 300 would be better.

The per-monitor syntax that we have for gaps is ugly, and I'd avoid adding the per-monitor syntax for other cases if it's possible to resolve them with pure percentages
