Update to bevy 0.15

Hey! Yes, I'm planning to update to Bevy 0.15

Was waiting for some of the dependencies to update. Especially bevy_mod_picking which is now deprecated as it is upstreamed into Bevy itself. Switching to this upstreamed bevy_picking would be the biggest change I'm guessing.
If bevy_mod_picking provides an update for ease of migration, It could help me put this out faster.
Meanwhile, I'm spending some time experimenting with bevy_picking and figuring out the migration.
