Docker container is built by 3rd-party and outdated

Docker Compose manifest referenced in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nilsteampassnet/TeamPass/master/docker-compose.yml uses image dormancygrace/teampass, which only has "latest" tag (first red flag), has no publicly available Docker file (second red flag), built by somebody outside teampass (third red flag), and is outdated by half a year (final red flag). Perhaps it's time to ship Docker image as a release artifact?
