Update from version 2.1.27.36 to version 3.1.4

I'm not able to get past the first point at all -There are no errors in the log.

• I fixed the initialization file "settings.php" according to the new convention
• I fixed table teampass_misc

ALTER TABLE teampass_misc ADD COLUMN created_at VARCHAR(255) NULL DEFAULT NULL;
ALTER TABLE teampass_misc ADD COLUMN updated_at VARCHAR(255) NULL DEFAULT NULL;

• I have new a problem:

I have the same problem. The "Next" button is not active. When you press the "start" button, the message “processing tasks...” appears.
