Similar on how Mist-cli can use content cache, i would like to see MIST Gui also be able to utilize Content Cache as well

Describe what you would like to see happen.
Utilize assetcachelocatorutil and pull the IP of the Content cache and place it in a settings OR
allow us too put in the IP of our local Cache to try and pull from
