🪲 Full Disk Access

I want to create a bootable usb drive of High Sierra (10.13.6).
For this Mist requires full disk access.
Mist still asks voor full disk access even if it is granted.
I do not get past this point.

📋 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Mist.app
  2. Select High Sierra 10.13.6 (or probably any other)
  3. Enter the settings menu
  4. Observe that full access is already granted
Possible cause: perhaps a osx restart is needed.

✅ Expected Behaviour

Mist should continue building the bootable disk.

💻 Environment

  • Mist version 0.20.1
  • macOS Version 15.1 (OCLP)
  • Hardware MacBook6,1
    • Model Identifier: MacBook late 2009
    • Chip : 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 duo

By chance, do you happen to be using Open Core Legacy Patcher on the Mac with this problem? If so, then this is a duplicate of issue #123. The comments in that issue provide a workaround to use until this gets patched.

same issue here, without OCLP.

version: 0.20.1
hardware: MB Air7,2
OS: Monterey 12.7.5

full disk access activated
restart does not help
terminal workaround neither
prog still asks for f.d.a.

what now, my love?
