hello I need iso image boot usb for old comp, I make it with last mist ,MacBook Pro 2019, OS 14.2.1, I try 16gb and 32 gb usb and still problem.

Okay so I took a shot in the dark and cleared up 125gb of disk space on the Mac's ssd. I had 84gb free and am writing to a 64gb usb drive.

Looks like that did the trick. Not what I would have thought.
