I foresee using filtered motion parameters in a number of fMRIPost workflows, including fMRIPost-rapidtide and maybe fMRIPost-tedana (not to mention XCP-D). Maybe we could move the filtering function into niworkflows?
What would you like to see added in this software?
It might be good to let users filter the motion parameters using either a notch filter (for MB data) or a low-pass filter (for SB data) if they way.
