Just checking whether there's intent to publish to PyPI.

If you think there's a benefit, I'm happy to do that. I assumed that fMRIPost-AROMA was an endpoint package so I was just planning to make the only deployment to DockerHub.

I think it is worth at least squatting the names on PyPI so there's no chance of confusion.

What all do we use in the Dockerfile that isn't in a PyPI or conda package?

It looks like the only relevant links in the Dockerfile are to RTD and GitHub, but we do have broken links to https://pypi.org/project/fmripost-aroma in the README and src/fmripost_aroma/cli/version.py.
