Add support for Mx Master 3 thumb wheel [enhancement]

Description

My company has banned the use of logitech options, and your tool has been extremely nifty as a replacement. I had mapped my thumb mouse wheel on my mx master 3 to adjust volume, but it seems support for the thumb wheel doesn't exist, so I'd appreciate if that could be added in!

Rationale

The buttons remapping tool seems to not recognize scrolling events as remappable, so I can't use the current remapping feature to remap my horizontal/thumb scroll wheel to other functions.
