App specific settings. [enhancement]

Description

Have different mouse settings in different apps.

Rationale

I use fusion and the gestures with the middle mouse button require me to always turn off Mac Mouse Fix when using Fusion. Would be cool if there were app specific settings so I could just change the gestures when working in Fusion.

more common approach: after work i want to play lets say minecraft(yeah i like modded java edition).
And scroll in-game is working wrong, like it has some inertia after each scroll wheel click, it is scrolling waaaay further(even if i disable smoothness and set speed to macOs in scroll settings), any in-game settings can't correct that, only way to fully disable Mouse Fix in general settings. And also i want my mouse buttons to work in-game instead of opening mission control,etc... So as an idea to improvement it is great. Maybe look how this implemented in Fluor app, that may give some ideas.
