Describe the bug
Lodestar v1.21+ bricks with a SIGILL on x64 systems without adx or avx and so on. See ChainSafe/lodestar#7074.

To Reproduce

  1. Run a node on a Celeron
  2. hyperdrive s l vc

Expected behavior
Probably going to need to block the user from selecting Lodestar on these systems with some verbiage in the release notes and docs for now.

Looks like they're fixing this in v1.23, stay tuned.
