Confirm all libs have passing tests

For each repo listed in the system repo. The steps below should produce a valid result, if there are any errors list them individually in each repo and reference the issue here.

1. Clone the repo
2. Run npm install
3. Run npm run test

Each repo should produce a set of green tests, no linting issues, and output a coverage number. The repos are listed in the system repo.

Note: I expect a lot of failures :D
