Feature Request: optional URL field displays next to donors name

I've seen on other fundraisy sites that some donors use the opportunity to plug their site or whatever.
If the donor's list could list a url or comment that may increase donations.

Could just add a description field to the Donor model and then add that as an optional form field. Shouldn't be too difficult. We'll have to heavily sanitize the output though to stop XSS attacks
