Hello，
I would like to reproduce the image in the article. For the UMAP in Figure 2a, I need the matrix.mtx.gz file, which is missing from the data/filtered_feature_bc_matrix folder. Would it be convenient to upload it? Thank you.

Hey Chen, sorry about that! The file exceeds 100MB so it's a bit too large to upload to git. Could you please download it from GEO? Thanks!
