i set the placeholder for the faction top {factions_top_rank}
and it works, but when player doesn't have claimed base they said in chat:
{factions_top_rank} [**test] [Player] Oldplayer : message

when have claimed base its
[*1] [**test] [Player] Oldplayer: message

Posts like this will not lead to anything besides annoy people, please refrain from doing so. If you want to see something fixed quicker then open a PR with the fix (or convince someone to do that).

Please make sure that you have set the not-found properties in the settings.placeholders config section to a valid placeholder value. If you didn't change that at all then maybe setting it to something. (E.g. a single space) I'm not sure how the playerholder plugin (which you didn't mention which one you use btw.) handles empty strings but ideally it would just remove the placeholder. If it doesn't then this might be something that your placeholder plugin's author has to fix.
