I also think the first sentence is perhaps minimizing & a bit of an exaggeration? A more neutral statement might be preferable like

Making your conference inclusive and encouraging diversity is achievable.

I just modified the .html file content

@rbanik3082002, modifying the .html file will just be overwritten when the automation calls the jupyter book scripts. You need to modify the code but this issue has been resolved with @SalmanDeveloperz commit
