Xarray-DataTree: Final push over the finish line for initial release!

Xarray-DataTree is a significant enhancement to Xarray's capabilities: the DataTree class can represent multiple HDF5 groups at once, and can be thought of roughly as a nested tree of xarray.Dataset objects.

We have had a prototype implementation of DataTree in a separate repository for a couple of years, but recently have been merging this upstream in preparation for a release in xarray main.

The sprint is to help close some remaining bugs and docs fixes in preparation for this release!
