Re-enable/overhaul achievement functionality

Describe the bug

You cannot view Achievements. (I mean it's not a bug, it got painted a de-saturated Red.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot up NZP
2. (Optional) Obtain a Achievement.
3. Click on Achievements
4. You cannot see the Achievements List.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

It opens a Achievements Menu letting you see what you have, and haven't achieved.
