We should state clearly the maximum number of redirects per link chain in requirement 6. Suggestion:

If any redirects are used, there SHOULD not be more than 5 and MUST NOT be more than 10 consecutive redirects.

Reasoning:

Some issuing parties use more than one level of redirect - some tools resolve only the first stage which results in a mismatch. So, we need to clearly state what is expected.

Note: It is easy to reach 4 redirects, e.g. http://example.de => http://example.com/de => https://example.com/de => https://www.example.com/de
