Edit the following high level hierarchy classes in to biologically meaningful groups:

  • OBA:2020000 age of onset of disease
  • OBA:0003870 aging onset quality
  • OBA:0005494 aging rate
  • OBA:0002423 cholesterol esterification rate
  • OBA:VT0005372 life span trait
  • OBA:0000088 liquid surface tension
  • OBA:1001086 QRS duration
  • OBA:0003744 regulation of water loss via skin rateO
  • OBA:VT0002796 skin barrier function attribute
  • OBA:0000141 synaptic plasticity
  • OBA:VT0008752 tumor necrosis factor amount
  • OBA:0000181 viral protein levels

OBA:VT0008752 tumor necrosis factor amount is actually is the same trait as OBA:1001013 tumor necrosis factor alpha amount
ACTION:

  • obsolete OBA:VT0008752 tumor necrosis factor amount in OBA
  • add OBA:VT0008752 tumor necrosis factor amount to the OBA-VT SSSOM mapping table
