Found this while debugging unsats in upheno for ZFA:0005229 ! optic choroid:

choroid

May be similar to obophenotype/human-phenotype-ontology#1030

There is also a longstanding ticket on ZFA spatial disjointness violations when combined with uberon axioms: obophenotype/uberon#378

There is an axiom in uberon that was influenced by MA, this needs modifying:
obophenotype/mouse-anatomy-ontology#113

But even then the moral of the story is that enforcing consistency with strong constraints across multiple ontologies is hard. Constraint axioms should be removed except if the purpose is to find inconsistencies across ontologies

Note this is a cryptic disjoint

A DisjointFrom B <-> Nothing = A and B

so naive disjoint filtering may miss it.
