“absent biological process” (XPO_0116494) currently appears as a subclass of the root “Xenopus phenotype” class. It should be subsumed under “abnormal biological process” (XPO_0116434) instead.

This is a very fundamental debate and has never been resolved. This is also not an xpo issue, its a uPheno one.. This is the current classification of uPheno patterns:
I put it on the agenda of the next pheno call, see slack. But that change wont be quick. Can you figure out how important this is on a scale from 1-10? If its above 8, we can do the unspeakable and add an axiom that will enable the inference you want.. But only if its above 8 :P @malcolmfisher103@seger
