The following terms specified in xpoAnatomyInLocationTEMP.tsv need to be replaced by permanent classes based on DOSDP patterns.

ID TEMP term
XPO:0115988 abnormally decreased length of hindlimb digit 1 in regenerating tissue
XPO:0115989 abnormally decreased length of hindlimb digit 2 in regenerating tissue
XPO:0115990 abnormally decreased length of hindlimb digit 3 in regenerating tissue
XPO:0115991 abnormally decreased length of hindlimb digit 4 in regenerating tissue
XPO:0115992 abnormally decreased length of hindlimb digit 5 in regenerating tissue
XPO:0116091 abnormally increased variability of size of cell in endoderm

The 'abnormallyDecreasedLengthOfAnatomicalEntityInLocation' pattern suffices for the hindlimb digit terms. A new pattern based on PATO:0001958 'increased variability of size' may need to be created for the last item.
