"Undefined Oauth configuration updated" message presented when tool oauth provider configuration is modified using "Replace Configuration" #1566

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Configure any too oath provider.
  2. Use "Configure OAuth" on the tool from Tools page
  3. Use"Replace Configuration" option and modify and submit .

Configuration gets updated successfully. We see a message - "Undefined Oauth configuration updated"

Expected Behavior:
Instead of "Undefined Oauth configuration", provide the actual oauth provider name
