Would be Great if Recurring Could Have Save Features as Outlook

🔖 Feature description

Outlook calendar allows several recurrence patterns that are useful: on Saturday but every two weeks et al.

✔️ Solution

I'd like to be able to create a calendar event that recurs every two weeks instead of every week.

❓ Alternatives

I have considered setting the weekly recurrence and then just remembering that this is not the week to do that thing.

Just imitating the outlook calendar Appointment Recurrence pop-up would cover all the bases.

Maybe reference this discussion: #344, we are talking there about enhancements to the recurring events in the plugin.

I also just created a PR the other day that does implement rules like the one you describe: #500. In the above discussion I included screenshots of the updated ones, and it is similar to Outlook in some ways.

Maybe take a look and let me know if there is something additional it would need, so I can make my PR even better.
