Lambda allocations

This looks fairly interesting, but I didn't see any mention of costs of lambda allocation itself. In a tight loop, this can mean a lot of allocations. I wonder if you have measured the allocation pressure from lambda allocations in your benchmarks?

P.S: It was nice to see the Hazelcast bridge, I myself work on https://github.com/hazelcast/hazelcast-jet
