Use Gitbook to embed videos in site instead of YouTube #1778

Task Description

YouTube is no longer a suitable platform to embed in our video frames across the site, for multiple reasons.

Since we can have videos directly on Gitbook, let's upload the videos on Gitbook and embed those directly instead.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All videos uploaded to Gitbook
  • All videos across the site pulled in from Gitbook
  • Remove any text in our privacy notice relating to YouTube, as we will no longer be using it.
  • Also update any relevant docs which mentioned our usage of YouTube.

Have embedded videos KS1-3. I noticed that the Bear Hunt one doesn't have the same issue as we do, so there must be a way to pay to block the images appearing. I left that one, but we should delete the YouTube thumbs
