The more I play with anchor positioning, the more convinced I am that it's going to unlock some surprising new layouts. Here's a responsive yearbook-style photo layout with no JavaScript.

Before anchor positioning, I would have tried to argue a designer out of implementing this yearbook-style photo layout. Now, it's pretty easy.
